Warehouse Pick-Up Guidelines

Orders marked for warehouse pick-up are made ready for collection without packaging designed for shipping by common carriers, ocean freight, or small parcel services. Items will be provided in their "loose" form, meaning pallets, boxes, strapping, or shrink wrapping are not guaranteed unless offered at our discretion. Should you require additional packaging or palletizing, this can be arranged for an extra cost. Please reach out to us for a quote if necessary.

Vehicle and Loading Standards


To facilitate loading, Fenceweb Inc. utilizes equipment like forklifts and loading docks. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to bring an appropriate vehicle or trailer, along with necessary supplies to secure the load properly.

  • Drivers must understand and apply correct strapping and tie-down methods.
  • Fenceweb Inc. is not liable for loads that are improperly secured or vehicles that are loaded incorrectly.
  • We reserve the right to decline loading assistance if the vehicle is deemed unsafe for transportation.

Documentation for Carriers


If you are arranging for a third-party carrier to collect your order, a Bill of Lading must be provided at the time of pick-up. Failure to supply this document could result in delays and storage fees.

Inspection and Claims


Our team ensures that materials are accurately packed, counted, and in good condition before pick-up. It is essential to inspect your order on-site, as any shortages or damages must be reported immediately. Claims made after leaving the premises will not be considered.

Pick-Up Deadlines


All pick-up orders must be collected within 7 business days of notification that they are ready. Starting from the 8th business day, a storage fee of $35.00 per day will apply for uncollected materials.
