Delivery Expectations

Unloading Responsibilities
The recipient is responsible for unloading shipments. Large orders may necessitate appropriate equipment, while smaller shipments can typically be managed manually.
Site Accessibility
Ensure that the delivery location is accessible to trucks and trailers transporting your order. A commercial address with unloading capabilities is preferred for large shipments.
Special Delivery Arrangements
Additional services like lift gate usage, remote area delivery, and restricted access delivery must be coordinated before placing an order. These services are not included in standard freight costs and may incur additional charges. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering these costs.
Reporting Issues with Delivery
