Return Policy
At Fenceweb Inc., we accept returns for most items within 30 days of receipt. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and shipping costs are excluded from refunds. Please note that specially fabricated and special-order items, as well as electronic devices, are non-returnable. After the 30-day window, any warranty claims must be directed to the product’s manufacturer, following their specific warranty terms. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. How to Return Item(s)
All returns must have a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain an RMA, please contact us by calling 214-878-1900. Clearly mark the RMA number on the package or shipping label.

When returning items, ensure they are in their original condition and include the original store packaging or container. The original packaging should be placed inside another protective box for shipping. Please note:
- Used or installed items are non-returnable.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring the safe and undamaged return of all items.
- Use a shipping method that includes insurance and requires a signature upon delivery.
Items returned without all parts, installation instructions, or original packaging—or in unsellable condition—will not be credited. Any damage or missing components will result in deductions from the refund amount.
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued less the following deductions:
- 20% Restocking Fee: A minimum 20% fee applies to all eligible returns.
- Additional Handling Fee: Items returned without their original packaging may incur additional handling fees based on the item.
- Special Orders: Custom or special-order items may have higher restocking fees, which will be quoted when the RMA is issued.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds are typically processed within five (5) business days after receiving and inspecting the returned items.
Refused Shipments
If an order is refused at delivery, any incurred shipping costs will not be refunded. Additionally, customers will be charged for the return shipping fee. In cases where the shipment is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately. Shipping charges may be waived if a successful claim is filed with the shipping carrier.
Special Orders
Custom-fabricated and special-order items are non-returnable unless they are damaged or not built as specified. These include, but are not limited to:
- Gates
- Chain link fences
- Ornamental fences
- Customized products
Only standard product lines are eligible for returns.
Non-Returnable Electronics
Due to the nature of electronics, they are non-returnable.
Pricing Errors and Omissions
Although we strive to provide accurate pricing, occasional errors may occur. If an item is listed with an incorrect price, we will attempt to honor it where feasible. However, we reserve the right to cancel orders if the incorrect price cannot be honored.
